TECHSPO Fort Worth 2027 kicks off with Registration Check-in opening at 9:00am, Thursday, May 13th, 2027 at the Registration Desk in the Bluebonnet Ballroom Foyer located on the Second Level of Venue TBD.
When to Arrive / Depart
It is recommended to arrive in Fort Worth, May 14th, 2027 (the day prior to the start of the TECHSPO Fort Worth 2027) and depart on June 7th, 2027 (the day after the Conclusion of the Expo).

Room Rates
TECHSPO has negotiated a limited block of rooms at a substantially discounted rate PLUS free Wi-Fi in your room. These rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The group rates are available for stays between May 13th and May 13th, 2016. The group room rates will also apply three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the conference dates, based upon availability of group rooms, at the time of the request.
The guaranteed lowest standard room rates during the conference are $225 (CAD) per night. The applicable state and local taxes and fees rate is 16% (13% HST and 3% DMP).
